GOVERNMENT SECONDARY SCHOOL, OTUKPO: BRIEF HISTORY
Established in May 1967, Government Secondary School, Otukpo began at a temporary location in Otobi, occupying the premises of the former Idoma Native Authority Primary School.
Initially named Government Secondary School, Otobi, the institution relocated on April 3, 1970, to its current location in Otukpo, taking over the site of the former Clerical School and becoming known as Government Secondary School, Otukpo.
