These distinguished individuals are tasked with ensuring the success of the Convention through their leadership, coordination, and active engagement with members across all locations.
The Committee is expected to meet soon and freely elect their executives.
Terms of Reference for OGSSOBA 2025 Convention Committee
In collaboration with the Executive Council:
1. To plan, coordinate, and execute all activities related to 2025 Convention, ensuring a successful and impactful event that fosters Alumni engagement, supports the school’s development, and strengthens Alumni relationships.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve Convention goals, including fundraising, project planning, and an efficient registration system for participants.
3. Propose the date, venue, and theme of the Convention no later than January 31, 2025.
4. Promote the Convention through social media, newsletters, and OGSSOBA website.
5. Oversee the logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and audio-visual equipment and ensure smooth coordination during the event, including managing speakers, sessions, and activities.
6. Deliver a post-event report with recommendations for future Conventions.
